TV 107: Travelling Man (Max's Theme) - Duncan Browne

Travelling Man was a compelling mid-1980s drama starring Leigh Lawson as Lomax - a modern day Richard Kimble figure spending his days on the run amongst the canals.

The soundtrack LP was the work of Duncan Browne and while a charity shop staple, belongs in everybody's collection.

Comments and feedback are welcome.

The soothing sound of the panpipes -can't beat em! I have not heard of this TV series before? - It sounds really good! I'm glad your'e covering the 80's as well as 70's, cult favourites and obscure rarities in equal measure. I noticed you have a 'Blot on the Landscape' post. As a young kid, I loved its strangeness! I can only remember the episode with 'Blot' going off in an air balloon and clips of a plump Geraldine James whipping George Cole!!
Do you remember 'A Very Perculiar Practice'? 'The Beiderbecke Tapes/Affair'?? 'The Life and Loves of a She Devil'.. Odd and compelling TV viewing

The series was released by Network Budd - well worth a purchase.

They have also released The Beiderbecke Collection and A Very Peculiar Practice, both favourites of mine too.
